We offer Brazilian jiu jitsu, muay thai, western boxing, MMA, and MMA fitness! We offer the best instruction in the area, and the results speak for themselves! We have guys that have lost upwards of 25 pounds in over 1 month. We have guys who have been training a couple of months who won divisions 2 years and over. And most importantly, we have people who have something to look forward to every evening and afternoon after or before work.

A great place to train! Fun atmosphere, dedicated instructors and friendly students. I've trained in a few places before and I definitely saw my game improve for the better here as well as feeling stronger and more agile. I consider the instructor a friend and am proud to be associated with this school!
