Minted Hospitality managed my property/short -term rental for approximately 3 months. Upon my return I found freshly melted chocolate in my carpet, cookie crumbs under my couch, damaged & missing appliances, my painting on the floor, and an object that had no business being on the wall nailed to my wall. I thought I was coming home to a “clean” apartment. I was also informed by my management office that they tried to relay important messages to me via the staff but were repeatedly ignored. Overall unprofessional and poor quality service. Would not recommend.

1. Had the apartment cleaned twice before you arrived which you can verify with your building. 2. I never spoke to the management office. Ever. 3. I used the items you left in the. apartment as decor rather than tossing it and being wasteful since you said you didn't want them. 4. I allowed you to keep all the groceries I bought for your guest to accommodate you, provided you with wifi beyond our agreement and fixed the damages YOU left in the apartment. I also replaced your bed twice (which I didn't have to do). 5. You wanted to illegally rent out your apartment via AIRBNB even though your building doesn't allow it. And are upset that your building management called you out on it. Luckily I have communication between us and videos to verify all of this.

I had Stacy manage my vacation rental while I worked on another business. She was professional and I never had to step in. Will love to work with her again. She's the best

Managers like Stacy don’t come around very often. Easy to work with, and communicates greatly. Would love to have her manage again in any one our new other properties. Overall Stacy was a great manager . Super easy to deal with, and communicated what we needed to know to help us make the hosting easy and smooth.

I would absolutely work with Stacy again. She was dedicated beyond what I would expect from booking someone online. She was responsive and extremely kind to guests.

Minted Hospitality is my go-to property management resource. When I'm out of the country I can trust them to properly vet renters and maintain my vacation rentals. They are extremely responsive and very professional. I can't stop singing their praises. Highly Recommend!!
