They came with a good price so with a dose of fair I accepted their proposal for condenser unit, coil, and furnace. Secretary, Tahlia, has to deal with my endless number of questions. Starting with are they certified, are they gonna bring brand new equipment and not some used, until I refused to pay 40% before the installation started ( they changed to 10%) because it's a lot of money and if they disappear I do not want to lose that much. Tahlia was very patient with me, ensuring me that everything will be OK. Two days ago a technician came. Smiley and very polite, Cordero. He immediately invited me to his vehicle to show me that all the equipment is in the original package, brand new. He worked very hard and he would update me on what he is doing and how much time it will take. Finished everything and everything looked and performed so well. Next day, in the morning, we have a huge storm in this area. I have some leaking around the exhaust furnace pipe (I have a problem with my roof which is leaking) so I panicked and called Tahlia to say that I have a problem with the furnace. She immediately responded that Cordero is coming around 4 PM. Again a smile was here checking everything and ensured me that leacking has nothing to do with the exhaust pipe but water is coming from the leaking roof. I was so happy and I do not have enough words to describe how wonderful my experience was with this company. I need to replace my water heater and I will not hesitate to hire this company again."See more
