I can honestly say that House Pro Home Inspection lives up to their reputation. The inspector was punctual and professional. He was also very knowledgeable and even my real estate agent was impressed by his work. He went over the home's attributes in great detail and provided me with a complete report by the next. Highly recommended!Jan 19, 2019Verified
I am glad I came across House Pro Home Inspections. Someone else had initially offered me an inspection service for 1K and that seemed unreasonably high. I found Zach on Thumbtack and the communication and scheduling was prompt and easy. Zach delivered a thorough analysis and a detailed report. I would definitely recommend House Pro Home Inspections!Mar 3, 2019Verified
Zack is a very punctual, professional who knows his craft. He came prepared to do the inspection and began as soon as he reached the property. Despite the rain, that did not keep him from doing his full blown inspection because he thoroughly inspected our prospective home. He had great advice and was a very honest inspector. I appreciate his time and advice given to myself and my husband as first time homebuyers. I would definitely hire him again. Thank you Zack for your professionalism and response time and punctuality. I will definitely save his contact information.Oct 14, 2018VerifiedHouse Pro Home Inspection's reply
Thank you very much Marlene . I was glad to help. Dont hesitate to call me with any questions . I wish you and your family lots of luck in your new home.
Mr. Zack did a home inspection on Thursday, August 09, 2018. Zack was very professional, courteous, and respectful of the property and its sellers. He was very forthcoming with information as well as concerns that would also be noted on the inspection report. He gave great insight and suggestions. The turnaround for the inspection report was a 24 hour window. I am very satisfied with this hire, would hire him again in the future, as well as refer his business to others in need of an inspection. The overall experience was positive, and put my reservations to rest in this juncture of the pre purchase process.Aug 13, 2018Verified
Zack was professional and knowledgeable. He provided cost estimates for repairs as an additional service. Overall it was a good value and I would recommend Zack for home inspections to others needing this service. He provided a thorough report of all that he had noted during the inspection within a day and the cost estimates in 2 days.Jun 22, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Average price for a single family home is $450 depending on the square footage of the property . Multifamily homes average to about $500 give or take depending on how many floors there are in the home. $50 DISCOUNTS APPLY TO VET'S/CIVIL SERVANTS/SENIOR CITZENS
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My process is simple. We will discuss the details of the home on the home such as , the property type . Is it a multi-family home , single family or a co-op. I might even ask for the sq ft of the property . We will discuss the price and if the agent and yourself will be present for the inspection . I do strongly recommend you attend the inspection and walk with me throughout the property . You should be present for the inspection especially considering that you are investing a large sum of money into purchasing this property . We will meet at the property and I will explain the inspection procedure to you and once the inspection is complete you will receive a very long detailed report which most of the time is more then 65 pgs .Once you received the report I am still available to you after you move in for any questions you may have .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a certificate from a Home Inspection training institute , you need to have schooling in order get licensed in NY as a Home Inspector.
