I had a slight emergency - my vanity that was a wall mount had detached on one side and I wasn't sure if both sides would completely detach, and if it would cause other plumbing issues. My original concern was safety and I wanted a pro to help remove the old sink and vanity. Because this was over Memorial Day weekend other pros were not responding or would not come out until after the weekend. Cruz and Domingo came within a few hours, and even picked up a vanity, faucet and other parts on their way over (which I approved over text) and did an awesome job. I had a working bathroom sink again by the end of the day and it honestly looked and functioned better than my original setup."See more

Bernice H. says, "Mario was very knowledgable about electricity and safety issues. He gave me a great deal, ie, he was very reasonable about the cost, and I think he truly cares about safety and takes that responsibility very seriously. So, not only was he serious about the work, but that carried over into a caring attitude towards me, the client. For example, before he left, he went with me to the basement to explain the fuse box and labelled all my different sources of electricity. (I live in a very old building, so additional wiring was installed years ago.) My only issue had to do with the fact that the 2 outlets he installed were for 3-pronged plugs, and since a few of my plugs are polarized and don't fit, we had to plug in my old 6-plug adapter into one of the outlets. Since he was so concerned about safety, it carried over to me, so I hope he can find something that fits more snugly and is more geared to my new outlets, if there is such a thing."See more
