Mike and his team were great! Our roof was very old and with all the rain storms recently it caused us to have some leaks mostly on one side of our house. We had a few estimates from other contractors but in the end decided to go with A.F.C.S because of their knowledge and experience with flat roofs. Overall great experience with this company! They are quick, reliable and reasonable with the prices!

We got a small leak in the ceiling of the top floor after the last 36 hour rain. We have a 3 story Brooklyn house w a flat rubber roof. Had another guy seal it 3.5 years ago which has let me sleep at night during every storm so was disappointed w the news of this leak. I reached out to AFCS on thumbtack as their description said they were specialists in this. Mike met me, checked out the roof, found some holes in the seams. He and his team came back later that week and fixed the whole thing- seams and aluminum coating. He has been very considerate, communicative and professional. See photos. Looks perfect! Now I’m really sleeping well at night. Thank you very much!!
