FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer our customer a 12% discount on all services! Just mention thumbtack!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment to conduct and estimate. You will meet with our estimate, Darius. After the estimate we send a proposal. If you decide to go with us we ask for a signed proposal along with a 20% deposit and schedule the work. When we finish our project with you and after a final walk through you pay the balance and we send you a receipt!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of experience. Darius's father, Flag open Kamco Roofing in 1992. From a young age, Darius learned all the building blocks of roofing and restoration. He's very knowledgable and will take the time to show and explain to our customers how he can solve your issue or leak. He'll even show your pictures and how your having a leak where your understand and feel comfortable with him as your roofer. He's stopped leaks people have had for years with just one visit! You will not find a more patient or reliable contractor!
