I have been training with Hoog for three months and I LOVE it. Every workout includes soccer-specific stretches and movements followed by skills training, but no two workouts have been the same. Hoog has improved my game and professionalized my approach to training and playing. I wish I’d started training with him years ago!

Stephen is the rare soccer coach with the experience, knowledge and temperament that allows him to successfully coach teams while ensuring the individual growth of players. Stephen is able to constructively instruct players of all ages in the technical and tactical points of the game while making the process fun and rewarding for the players. Stephen brings a whole new dimension to coaching soccer. He is by far one of the best, most dedicated and dynamic coaches in youth soccer. He has been integral in preparing my daughter to play college soccer by incorporating new strategies, skills and vision to her game. He works hand-in-hand with parents, other coaches and the player to determine a path to achieve both short term and long term goals. He's flexible with scheduling training sessions, and always brings enthusiasm and passion to the field rain-or-shine. He's also a genuinely nice person on and off the field. At 43, I didn’t think my game could get better, but after working with coach Hoog for six months, I’m playing the best ball of my life. His training is both technical and tactical and he comes to every session with a clear plan. He really knows the game as well as anyone. The training is also a great workout—I’m down about 25 pounds since we started. So on top of the improved performance on the perch, I feel better than I have for years.

$1 per minute, 30 minutes minimum, pay by venmo or zelle.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
90% of every session is technique with the ball, the other 10% are for endurance training. The sessions have a natural fitness component and nearly every activity has a tactical element. Injury prevention exercises are included.
