  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Travel is a growing and changing field. Every day there is something new. It is a on going process to keep up with everything that is out there. There are webinars almost everyday that offer at least something new to learn. I try to attend as many as time will allow.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was in the hospitality industry for 14 years (hotel sales office). Left to try retail and missed the hospitality business. So I decided to try hospitality from a different angle, Travel agent.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    It is important the customer obtains some knowledge for themselves regarding their destination and what is required before traveling.
