While the job was done satisfactorily, there was initial disconnect about the scope of work- despite my making it clear on the app. His attitude thereafter was off-putting; the re. He was prompt- even early- which I greatly appreciated. However, there was an overall lack of general courtesy and professionalism that I would expect from a contractor working in someone’s home. Was the work done? Yes, with the help of my building’s maintenance team. Would I book this contractor again? Absolutely not.
