The Technician was very knowledgeable in his work as he diagnosed the problem with my computer on first impact upon looking my computer screen. He took it apart in a timely manner and did his repairs with confidence. After putting it back together and turn it on, my computer was working perfectly. He is very professional and honest. He arrived on time and waited for us as we were running late for our appointment to our home (apologies!!). He needed to order a motherboard and did not charge us anything the first visit which he worked on our computer for approximately 1-2 hours. Once he ordered the part, he let us know when he received it and came back on a Sunday. He was very quick and efficient. He seems like a honest, good person with good vibes. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?When you buy a new device your happy with it's performance and dependability but time has a way of taking it's toll as it does with everything else. We set our prices with the customer in mind so they never have to question "Is it worth it?"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We try to get as much information first before assessing the problem. Once we have an idea of the issue, we work with the customer to find the best time available. Our main objective is to come in and get things working again.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I`ve always been tinkering with electronics ever since I could remember. My parents saw this at a young age and nurtured it into what it is today. Along the way I found others who shared in the same passion to just make things work and so Rennovato Tech was born.
