EXCELLENT SERVICE! They cleaned and repaired my very costly persian rugs. They are very professional and my rugs looks brand new. Giovanni was the technician that picked up my rugs. Always Green Carpet Cleaner was the lowest bid out of 9 that I initiatially received (on Thumbtack and elsewhere) for my area rug cleaning, although I ultimately chose a slightly upgraded service (shampooing) which cost a little extra. In this case, though, savings did not mean sacrificing quality. The technician who came to my home was very polite, timely (to the minute), and accommodating of a last-minute request for a specific drop-off time. My very dirty, shabby rug came back perfectly fresh - within a week, no less! I really could not happier with this business.
