He is very easy to contact, and easy to work with. The problem I have is not with the fact that he cancelled but he left my contact that was unlocking the space for him there an 1 1/2 hours before cancelling. I am fine with the cancellation it happens, but leaving someone hanging for that long is not fine.
Also he was doing a site earlier for the same scope and did not show up for over an hour later. This is also the site he stated had issues, this is common for said sites, and is stated in the information and PO.
He stated that I did not state that this was not operating, but according to the information that was provided it stated it was not open. I hire a lot of surveyors through thumbtack for same exact scope, under the same posting.
Once again working with him is fine, but the cancellation was not properly handled. This is the only reason for the poor review.

Cole did a great job. We hosted a workishop and the person giving the workshop asked for it to be videotaped. He has been working very closely with that person to get him exactly what he wants. I would recommend Cole highly.

Cole is excellent! I was a bit nervous because I didn't know what to expect but his professionalism put me at easy. It also helped that he is pleasing to the the eyes..lol

Cole was great to work with and he was very professional. He was on time, responsive, and very flexible. He had a lot of great ideas and was open to any ideas which I really appreciated. He also went out of his way to deliver edits over the weekend and quickly address feedback. I hope to work with him again and highly recommend him.
