- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most pricing is standard but I also provide custom pricing because I find that every client has different needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact is always by email, then a phone call, then I send the client a client data form that gathers specific details about themselves and their special event. Thereafter I send them a contract. If time is a factor and I don't get to actually meet my clients before their event. Constant communication by phone, text or email is key.
