Alison, her assistant (who's name I am unfortunately blanking on), and all of her hired staff, are simple perfection. They made my wedding go off without a hitch, and I will say I did not make it easy for her. My husband and I put together a full DIY wedding, we built everything! Alison found people to help us load in everything to the venue, she supervised making sure everything was in place. She timed us out so we RAN AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! Have you ever head of an event being ahead of schedule!?!?! She handled everything with grace and pose. She anticipated issued that I didn't even think of. Our florist didn't send a throw bouquet- so Alison's assistant collected flowers that we had for the venue and literally created a second bouquet for me! I can not give higher praise to her, she did a phenomenal job. I know I would have enjoyed my wedding, but being able to hand over the reigns to her the last week before the wedding-- TRULY ALLOWED ME TO RELAX, DANCE, and HAVE THE MOST FUN I COULD POSSIBLY IMAGINE at my wedding! So glad that I hired her! Added: I contacted her a week later- we had lost an important item at the wedding, and Alison went through and spoke with all her staff to try and locate it! So grateful for everything she has done for me!

Ali assisted in planning our Brooklyn wedding. She was always there to ask the vendors the questions I wouldn't know to ask, being a first time bride. She listened to our needs and worked with the vendors to make sure we got the best of everything. The day before the wedding there was still much planning to do and she quickly whipped the whole thing into shape. If you need guidance for your event, definitely hire Ali!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a boutique company, all of our packages are tailored to each bride. Prices vary depending on what the bride and groom desire. Before a price is given, I have the bride and groom fill out a bridal questionnaire and we have a free consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified wedding and event planner. I have taken the accredited LWPI course.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Many consider event planners to be a luxury rather than a necessity but hiring a planner/day of coordinator can make all the difference regarding the future success of your event.
