She offers online video, group classes, and weekend retreats to help people connect to their truest health. Shannon is inspiring, knowledgeable and brings a connection to nature into her work and offerings, making them memorable and meaningful. She has a degree from NYU in Nutrition and is a 200-hour RYT who took her latest yoga training in Yosemite National Park in California. She has also completed a Reiki I certification, an energy therapy that she adds to yoga sessions.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    For relaxation and stress reduction I offer one-on-one or small group yoga in a series of 10 sessions where clients can learn techniques to use during the day and also take home. We will do a mix of flowing movement, gentle yoga and restorative with Reiki energy healing as an option at the end. Sessions can be held at CRS near Union Square in Manhattan, NY. (view the room here http://www.crsny.org/room-rentals) I also share yoga at offices either in a chair-style where employees stay formally dressed OR when there is time and space to take out mats for a more classic yoga class.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Find someone that can inspire you to figure things out for yourself, not someone who will tell you the exact way to do things. Look for someone who is confident and walks the walk yet is flexible.
