CJ’s classes are the highlight of my week. He is very knowledgeable, professional, Pleasant and simply a delightful human being. He finds a great rhythm and his playlist is phenomenal. He sync to the movement and the progression of the class. I feel safe to practice with him with my injuries. Super glad I found him.
