They did a great job! Really responsive and it was easy to communicate what I needed done. They are professionals and were very knowledgeable about to efficiently and properly get my TVmounted. Punctual and on time. The whole job was done in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend and would definitely hire again for another job.

They helped my mom in the nick of time to set up her new apartment! I called two days before I was leaving out of town. They hung photos and installed wire shelves so quickly and efficiently.
Submit a request for work on Saturday… Had my installation on Monday… These two gentlemen that came were fantastic! I’m always a little nervous to try out a new company, but I am more than happy to say that they were extremely professional, prompt, and very polite! They explained everything to me, and constantly made sure their work was what I was hoping for. They cleaned up their mess and did not leave until they knew that all devices were operating properly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know because I plan to use them again for my next project that I need them for!

I hired these young men unintentionally through Lowes to Install my Dishwasher. I have since had them back 3 times and every time the service is exceptional so I am more than happy to leave a review. These young men have installed my Dishwasher, Microwave, doorbell and Mounted my TV in the last 6 months. Not only where they on time but they knew what they were doing, did a good job and cleaned up after themselves!

After having issues with my old dishwasher, I gave in and purchased a new one. I received 2 other estimates for installation, but then decided to contract with WNY Install Co. WNY Install Co. was quick to schedule, had a strong knowledge of installation process, respectful of property and had safety first in mind. Very skilled and reliable. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, we confirm a date, depending on the job type we may be able to give you a narrowed window prior, but I'm most cases that window will not come until day prior with our conformation call, where you are provided a 3 hour arrival window.
Day of we will contact you atleast 15 minutes prior to arrival. Unless payment is pre-arranged with retailer or WNY Install Co. we are Cash on Delivery. Rates are set based on the service, and any charges above quoted must be agreed to prior to any work performed.
What types of customers have you worked with?
WNY Install Co. works as a third-party contractor for big box stores and manufacturing. We specialize in residential and light commercial property types.
