- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, we confirm a date, depending on the job type we may be able to give you a narrowed window prior, but I'm most cases that window will not come until day prior with our conformation call, where you are provided a 3 hour arrival window. Day of we will contact you atleast 15 minutes prior to arrival. Unless payment is pre-arranged with retailer or WNY Install Co. we are Cash on Delivery. Rates are set based on the service, and any charges above quoted must be agreed to prior to any work performed.

WNY Install Co. works as a third-party contractor for big box stores and manufacturing. We specialize in residential and light commercial property types.
