We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no surprises. After diagnosing the issue or reviewing your project, we explain your options and provide a straightforward quote before any work begins. Service call fees are applied toward repairs when approved. We focus on honest recommendations. If a repair isn’t worth it, we’ll tell you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the issue or project details and scheduling a convenient time. During the visit, we diagnose the problem, explain what’s going on in plain language, and review repair or service options. Once approved, we complete the work efficiently and make sure everything is tested and working properly before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience with major household appliances and home repair, along with EPA certification for working with refrigeration systems. Our approach focuses on proper diagnostics, safe repair practices, and staying current with common appliance technologies and installation standards.
