I took my external hard drive to them to see about datarecovery. Although they were not able to complete the job, they did refer me to another company they work with and even offered to ship the hard drive themselves. Although, as it turns out, datarecovery was impossible, the assistance that PCS gave me was stellar and well beyond my expectations.
