I thought my hard drive went out in my server. This would be a very bad thing (I didn't have a backup). It turned out to be a faulty motherboard. Within a few hours, we were back up and running and everything was in the process of backing up to the cloud. I was so pleased with his professional service that I paid him double what he charged. Jeff will be our repair guy from here on.
