Being a Space Science teacher in high school I had demands from students, colleagues, and researchers. Information and reliability was private, critical, and legally binding. With Mr. Kucharski I received excellent maintenance with all my computer equipment, every project finished correctly even before needed; but most importantly this including direct, honest, and accurate answers to any and all of my questions. Keeping four computers going and constantly adding programs, printing material, and building new systems was getting to be too much for me. John came to the rescue by building a new advanced computer system and teaching me how everything was interconnected. This made work and play a pleasure. This complete system is now three years old and still running everything today- just as efficiently as day one. It is maintained easily with all the upgrades and updates balanced perfectly into the system . The best part was the training. He took the time to go over and explain each unit and answered every question about what to expect and how it all worked together. Mr. Kurcharski is both an honest and reliable consultant that knew how to solve all my technical and practical problems with solutions that saved me tons of money; but kept the system manageable for future adaptions. He is an individual that can handle deadlines, think outside the box, and just take charge to get the job done. As a matter of fact, unless he builds a time machine, there isn't anything I can think of that Mr. Kucharski could have added or changed that would have been better. I could not find a better business man, and recommend him highly and without reservation.

I have worked with John in a variety of projects...from computer set up, repair and training to remodeling of a house and makeover of a yard. He is a motivated, hard working individual with some of the best work ethics I have seen. He truly "knows his stuff" and is eager to share his knowledge. My most recent interation was the set up of my home network and upgrade of my computer/other devices. John took the time to ensure that all my devices were synced together, working properly, had all my information transfered correctly and then showed me the ins and outs of the new technology. We spent about 4 hours together and I could not have been more impressed. What I truly feel stands out with John is the fact that he never leaves you feeling lost or confused. Everything is explained in a way the lay person can understand and he is always available if questions or concerns arise. He is a true professional and I would highly recommend his skills and expertise to all.

Ive used Wise Training and Consulting several times, always with terrific results. The first time was when I needed someone to set up a wireless network in my home. Mr. Kucharski provided guidance on the purchase of a router and cables, installed the network, set security on it and ensured that all my devices were connected. When my daughter called in a panic because her laptop had crashedwith two years worth of her babys photosI knew whom to call. My daughter lives in another state, so she shipped the machine to Mr. K. He was able to recover the photos and sent her a file with the images. The laptop was otherwise beyond saving, short of a complete overhaul. My daughter authorized the repair job, and Mr. K refurbished the laptop at a very reasonable price and shipped it back. He also provided much-needed guidance on how to back up critical files on a separate hard drive or other media! A lesson learned. The refurbished laptop served well for a couple of years or so before crashing for good. More recently, my younger daughter (who has a different brand of laptop) had problems with the machine freezing and exhibiting a strange screen when she was crunching on a report for college. She took a photo of the screen with her phone and sent it to Mr. K, along with a description of the machines behavior. He diagnosed the problem based on that information and quickly sent back a fixagain, with guidance on how to avoid a repeat of the problem. It is great to have an expert to call so I dont always have to navigate the endless online help sections or chat with someone at a huge computer firm. In my experience, Mr. K is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic about solving his customers computer problems and great at explaining things. He tells me as much as I need, or want, to know without overloading me with information that I wont remember and will never need anyway. I definitely will use Wise Training and Consulting for future computer-related matters, and I recommend the company very highly.

Lynne is one of my most computer saavy users. With that said, when we work together, it is always a challenge! When she has a problem, it's generally a major one. I will also admit she has some MS Office skills that are higher level than Microsoft's support people, and has helped me out on more than one occasion. We're like one big happy family!

John's company has to be one of the top companies I have ever dealt with, he will make sure that you are his number 1 priority. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. I have been doing business with John for over 15 years and I am still highly impressed with the quality.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fairly simple. I have 2 different hourly rates, in shop\remote and On Site, on site has a 1 hour minimum, while in shop\remote is 30 minutes minimum. There are also various fixed price items such as in shop\remote virus removal ($65). "Projects" can be discussed and negotiated.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Google and Microsoft are my friends! I am also a Microsoft Certified Partner.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Honestly, While in the US Navy I wanted to learn how to play Arnold Palmer Golf on a PC. Funny part is now that computers are my profession, I do VERY LITTLE gaming, and no golf!
