- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing really depends on many circumstances, however talking to clients prior to going there gives us a general idea of what we’re looking at. We can come to negotiate at how much we charge and go from there. No extra fees, no hidden charges, and if we agree on one price it will stay the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While working with new customers we believe having a sense of security and trust is a very important thing to build upon. Communicating on time, getting the job done perfectly and swiftly are some of our key aspects that set us apart.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of on field experience followed by pursuing a civil engineering degree. We have trained professionals that have worked on field for over 15+ years.
