Allen Ciolek was a wonderful addition to our 25th anniversary party. He came on time, played music requested not only by me ahead of time but by the guests there also. He was willing if need be to stay an extra hour if we needed him. When ever I called with a question he always replied right away and was always friendly. His grandson also came, to help with equipment, and was an outstanding young gentlemen. Couldn't have asked for better entertainment.

I asked for 50's, 60's & 70's music along with fun dances and some polkas. He was accommodating at the beginning of the party - The last hour or so he was playing the loud music of today. I didn't mind a few of those songs but it was continuous. It was extremely loud and asked if he could turn it down - which he did not. He also told me over the phone that songs can be requested and he wouldn't have any problem with that but he neglected to tell me that I was the only one that could do the requested and then when I approached him about this he was kind of snippy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask the customer what they want. Had a customer the other day ask me to refuse to play certain artists. I didn't play those artists, but never had it spoil the evening.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Everyone was telling me that I knew so much about music that I should be a DJ. So I researched what I needed and got the equipment and here I am 10 years later.
