Introduction: When I do a job for someone no matter where the job is or how big the job is I will do the work as if I was doing it for my family. I will listen to what the customer wants but if I know through experience that something else is much better for them I will take the time to go over it with them and give them suggestions, however the final answer is theirs. I when people are looking to save money I dont let my workmanship suffer to many times I have heard companies say well they are getting what they paid for or you cant see it when the walls are up and even my favorite you cant see it from my house. I dont blame the customers for wanting to save money and if we cant agree on a price I will let it go to someone else because like I said before I want to be able to take pride in my work. There are a couple different things I like the most one of which is when a customer calls me and says I have had several people look at this problem and it keeps coming back isnt there anything we can do. Then I come up with a permanent solution and the customer is thrilled, I will even check back a couple months later and say how is that working and they say perfect. I also like to be able to step back and look at my work and say that looks nice and I'm proud to say that I did the work. Finally but my no means lastly I enjoy meeting all the different people that I do in this business, some of the story's that you hear from people about their lives are truely amazing.
