Introduction: My customer service. I worked for over 20 years in management as a customer service representative for a major entertainment corporation. So I understand how to listen, give feedback and communicate how to resolve issues. You can count on me to "bridge the gap" between something that maybe difficult to understand and what is involved in making work again. Simply put I love what I do. I had been dabbling in this industry off an on for the better part of 10 years while I worked a different full time job. Then I decided I wanted to do it full time and decided to go back to school. I earned a degree and quickly found a position working for a local computer help desk. I was then fortunate enough to get a job doing exactly what I've always dreamed of; working full time as a network system administrator for a small company supporting approximately 150 employees. I enjoy the time it takes to diagnose and then trouble shoot an issue which will ultimately lead to the satisfaction of fixing the problem.
