So happy that I was able to use this company and on such short notice! Victoria came out the day after I inquired when I told her that someone else had last minute cancelled on me last minute. She truly went above and beyond to make me feel cared for. I could feel my stress melting away knowing she was cleaning things I couldn’t (I’m very pregnant). She puts her literal all into her work. I would highly recommend her and her team.

Total Satisfaction! Victoria and Carly showed up on time, early in the morning (on Memorial Day holiday, no less). They got straight to work, deep cleaning our newly purchased home in Lockport, NY from top to bottom.

The home went from meh! to wow! in a few short hours and we were able to get some additional basement cleaning added in at a reasonable cost for short-notice work.

Cobwebs gone. Floors shined. Carpets crunch-free and bare feet-ready. Bags of trash out the door. Appliances cleaned inside and out. Window sills were wiped and cleaned down to the tiniest corner crevices. Our home finally felt ready for us to move our stuff in and begin our new life.

I highly recommend Clean Home Vibes. Even if you only need light cleaning or dusting, I would trust them with any cleaning task.

Victoria came to do some deeper cleaning tasks & she made my windows sparkle from top to ledge among other things. She was communicative about scheduling and day of appt let me know when she was running a little behind. She was friendly and extremely thorough. I’m really looking forward to working with her and Clean Home Vibes in the future, they are organized and have a system that seems designed to integrate their service seamlessly into your busy life. Would absolutely recommend

Victoria did an amazing job, everything about hiring her was perfect. She responded within 1 minute to my initial message on Thanksgiving, booked the cleaning for the day after Christmas, sent me a very professional contract to review with my family and then followed up with me to double and triple confirm as we got close to the date. The cleaning job that she entered was a mild hoarder situation. I hired her to clean my dad’s house while I was in another state. She went to my dad’s house on time, entered when no one was home and called me immediately to debrief about the state of the house. She sent me walk through videos of the whole house as I had not seen the most recent state of it. She was very graceful in her video and communication documenting everything with zero judgement and just willingness to help where needed. She called me several times to verify what could be discarded and even counted things like mustard packets to ask if she could throw all 13 of them out, for example. She and I devised a plan for her to vacuum, dust, scrub as much as possible amidst all the items in my dad’s house. She deep cleaned the bathrooms and even washed the bath mats. She needed to take many many items off the counters and put them all back to do it. She came with a commercial style vacuum and deep cleaned the floors, even braving many stink bug carcasses near the windows. She listened carefully to me about key rooms where my young niece and nephew would be sleeping and took close to a hundred items off the built in wall shelves and individually cleaned around them to remove dust as one child has allergies. I highly recommend her and we will be hiring her again! She is helping my family create a rotating cleaning plan to rotate through parts of the house to help keep my dad organized and the house clean! 5-star hire.

Kellie did an amazing job cleaning our home before we moved in. The house had been empty for months, and Kellie left it fresh and clean. She did such a great in the kitchen that my friend walked in and immediately asked who'd polished the light fixtures and if she could please get a referral. Thank you Kellie!
