They told me that they will come and when I told them the time I would be available, they didn’t say anything at all to me for days. I had to message them back just for them to tell me my location is far from them, so why even agree that you were going to come if you already knew the location.

My pricing is pretty standard / average. I do up charge for deep cleaning a fridge or oven because it takes a long time. But if you purchased a deep cleaning that is included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think it’s great to start with a deep clean and then transition into weekly monthly or bi weekly cleanings for maintenance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Through studying business and also years of work experience including cleaning in kitchen settings, I have gained skills that helped me in this field.
