- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Transparent Estimates: Our pricing is based on the size, condition, and specific needs of your property. We offer free walkthroughs to provide accurate quotes. Discounts: First-Time Customer Discount – Enjoy a special introductory rate on your first service. Monthly Prepay Incentives – Clients who prepay for the month receive discounted rates and priority scheduling. Referral Rewards – Receive a discount on your next cleaning when you refer a friend who books with us. Seasonal Promotions – Look out for limited-time offers on deep cleanings and specialty services. Fees & Adjustments: Quote Adjustments – Initial quotes may be adjusted at the time of cleaning if the condition of the home requires additional time or resources. Last-Minute Booking Fee – A small fee may apply for same-day or emergency service requests. Cancellation Policy – We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a fee. No Hidden Fees – All costs are clearly outlined before we begin. What we quote is what you pay, unless otherwise discussed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact Reach out to us via phone, email, website, or social media. We'll respond promptly to gather some basic details about your cleaning needs. Discovery & Consultation We ask a few questions to understand your property—square footage, number of rooms, type of flooring, special concerns, etc. For deep or specialty cleanings, we may request photos or schedule a walkthrough. Customized Quote Based on the information gathered, we’ll provide a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work and pricing. For larger or unique jobs, we confirm pricing after an in-person or virtual assessment. Scheduling Once you approve the quote, we schedule your cleaning at a convenient time. Priority scheduling is available for prepaid or recurring clients. Service Day Our professional team arrives on time with all necessary supplies and equipment. We perform the service according to the agreed scope of work and quality standards. Walkthrough & Feedback For deep cleans or larger jobs, we perform a final walkthrough to ensure your satisfaction. We welcome your feedback and will address any concerns immediately. Payment & Follow-Up Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been made. We offer digital invoicing and secure payment options. We’ll follow up to ensure you’re happy and to discuss ongoing service if desired.
