We had CertaPro come and paint our first floor, and all the trim on our house. Our first story is aluminum siding, second story is vinyl. They did an excellent job, great prep, great cleanup. I’m very impressed!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized for each job based on a customers budget and parameters of the project. Always ask about our current promotions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is setting up an estimate appointment with one of our friendly sales reps. We require the customer to be present and available for an approximately 45 minute consultation. During the appointment our sales reps will talk to you about your vision for the project, set realistic expectations, take measurements and go over multiple options to complete your project while keeping your budget in mind.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First and foremost safety training is mandatory for all employees. We follow OSHA guidelines and standards. Also we make a conscious effort to stay up to date with the newest techniques and training and using the latest equipment.
