- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The hourly rates are the same for travel time. we charge for travel time from one of our closest bases to the start location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we try to get as much information as possible to be as efficient as possible. To ensure the client doesn't have anything to worry about ,scheduling, the safety of there valuables, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we have trained professionals to handle your delicate belongings. we also held training sessions for all new hires mandatory 40 hours for each employee.
