- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At BFLO MoveU, we focus on affordable, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every move is different, so we provide free quotes based on the size of the move, distance, stairs, heavy items, and timing. We also offer discounts for students, repeat customers, and referrals. Our goal is to give customers professional moving help at a price that makes sense without sacrificing quality or care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand the details of the move, including locations, inventory, stairs, and timing. From there, we provide a free estimate and answer any questions upfront. Once booked, we stay in communication leading up to moving day to make sure everything runs smoothly. On move day, our team arrives ready to work efficiently while protecting furniture, walls, and belongings throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands on moving experience handling apartments, houses, dorms, storage units, and local moves throughout the Buffalo area. We’ve learned the importance of proper lifting techniques, protecting furniture during transport, efficient truck loading, and customer communication. We are also butter truck drivers!
