Had a heck of a time due to the large amount of snow that fell in WNY. Employees were snowbound or no-shows. They called the next day & were able to start & complete the move.

Honestly started off great - they were very nice in the phone and we booked right away for 10:00 in the morning to move our elderly parents things to an assisted living facility. They were supposed to arrive at 10:00am. Got a text in the morning stating the got held up with bad weather the night before and would be a little late as they just had to unload from another job. Told them a little Late was ok but the medical van was taken them, our parents, to the home at 9:30am so it couldn’t be too late as we had to set up their room. They did not arrive till 7:00 at night to pack Things up. We did not get our parents room set up till 10:00 at night. That was completely unacceptable. But I will say once they arrived they worked very efficiently and quickly and were very polite and did a great job.

INCOMPETENT! DO NOT HIRE THIS BUSINESS!! You want to know how to improve?? First off, don’t arrive 5 1/2 hours late. Take care of other people’s furniture when you are hired to move them. Don’t lie that you will return the next day to finish the job, when you don’t intend to call nor show up. Don’t take people’s money when you have no intention of completing the job especially when you damaged their furniture. Reassemble the furniture that you disassembled in the move. See photos below of the damage that was caused by Stevon and his “employee” when they moved my furniture in September 2024. I had to file a dispute against Stevon with Amherst Small Claims Court. He told me he would refund my payment from the move, but I wanted additional money to reimburse the $200 I spent getting the sofa cleaned as well as repair what was damaged. Stevon told me he would give me a check within 30 days. On the 30th day he called asking for more time. The day before we were scheduled to appear in Small Claims Court, he finally paid me the amount we agreed upon, and his “friend” paid me through Venmo. I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life!!!
