Listen! Do you want to look so smokin' hot in a few months that even your own mother will not recognize you...? You want to Live better, longer..? Look no further... Training with me is hands-down, the BEST, PROVEN vehicle to change your life FAST AND FOREVER... First I must warn you... BUFFALO PERSONAL TRAINERS ARE A JOKE ! To be fair, there have been a few WNY trainers that I have personally certified through teaching or that have interned with me through local university exercise science programs that develop into decent trainers. BUT guess what? The best trainers leave the area to make 3 times the money elsewhere! What remains are inexperienced and nonprofessionals, and that is putting it nicely... SEE personal trainers can work on your body, and the only requirement is a pair of sneakers...I am NOT exaggerating. Certifications are optional. Sneakers however are a requirement in every gym in North America, . Listen, I have been an internship supervisor for University at Buffalo's exercise science department, and 17 years ago, I created an international certification program called the N.A.T.C. L.L.C. Did you know that there are over 350 personal trainer certifications out there and only 3 of them require a practical test along with a written test? Even auto mechanics require school and "hands-on" time fixing cars and that is just to work on a machine! EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY ! If a trainer has LESS than 3 years working with your specific population group, you will get injured. (Population groups are pre- or postmenopausal, children, athletes, elderly, etc.) There are multiple reasons why it is a fact and not only my opinion. You can ask me. I will spell them out for you. Plus, local trainers have the gall to blame you for their professional shortcomings. They subtly suggest that "you are not training hard enough" or "poor genetics" or you are "an emotional eater." These are excuses and not reasons. It is the trainer's job to work with poor genetics, emotional eaters and under achievers -- I do it everyday, and every client reaches their goals. I am sorry but that is a lot of money to pay not to reach your objectives! IF I take you on, I work with your two most important questions; -How much time you have to train -Your expectations now and for LIFE! I boldly guarantee your results! AND you can pay as you go because I understand finances and trust. So, with a bargain trainer, you will get hurt, waste a boatload of money and not to mention time and NEVER reach your goal. YIKES! Listen, whether you work with me or NOT, please get a well-qualified, experienced trainer and explain what you're looking for and can afford, or get a friend to be your training partner. Do not take a chance with a cut-rate, or inexperienced trainer. My clients include Goo Goo Dolls, Buffalo Jills, Buffalo Sabres, the Mayor of Buffalo, owners of Boston Bruins and Buffalo Sabres, Olympians, Professional athletes Mr. & Miss Buffalo, and private clients that only want the best. In my first consultation with Coach Alessi he told me he would change my life. In a little over a month he has done just that. I lost 4 inches on my waist and dropped my BMI 4 points as well as changed my attitude toward physical training. Coach is nutritionist and a physical therapist in addition to being a trainer. He always challenges emphasizing safety and I leave my private sessions with a feeling of well being and accomplishment. I would highly recommend Coach Alessi to anyone at any age. I am 67 yo and have never felt better!

Coach D2 is great. Before I started working with him my lifts were limited by a shoulder injury. He was able to help me get last the injury without any surgery. He has shown me other ways to lift that get the same results, but are easier on my shoulders. Coach is highly reccomened.

Coach Don has taught us how to exercise/eat as a lifestyle change (not a quick fix). He monitors our progress DAILY giving us tips/strategies to achieve our goal. His extensive knowledge will help ANYONE, regardless of fitness objectives!! (We even learned that eating two pickles can curb your appetite!)
