Introduction: I go through the house as if it were a purchase for my own family. I make sure the house is structurally sound as designed and all the mechanics are operating correctly. Afterwards, I provide you with a quality color email report that includes pictures, recommendations and routine maintenance suggestions. Very through with his inspection , If you are in the market for a new home this is the company you need to do your home inspection. Very detailed report on the home from top to bottom. Would definitely recommend/Use again in the future. The only person you should call in the WNY area.

My pricing is based on square footage and number of units (single/multiple) of the house. Beginning at $295 and up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
140 hours of education including 40 hours of field training performing inspection. To maintain our license, NY State requires 24 hours of continuing education every 24 months.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A quality home inspection should take a minimum of 2 hours to perform. Anything less, you're being taken for your investment.
