- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified life coach and I'm also a certified health coach and personal trainer. I have a number of specialty certifications related to coaching, spirituality/metaphysics and health and wellness.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always felt called to help other people improve their lives and reach their goals. I'm enthusiastic and passionate about people and I'm a great listener which naturally evolved into my interest in coaching. I've also hired many coaches myself and I believe in the power of coaching because I have experienced the power of it myself.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've work with women in their 40's and helped them reach their specific lifestyle and health and fitness goals. I coach women who want to make changes in their lives in all areas of mind, body and spirit.
