Based just on the quality of the work I would've given five stars but we did have a bumpy start hence just 4. There was a mix up on our original cleaning date which required my hiring another company at the last minute but for my next cleaning I decided to give Sparkly Clean Pro another chance and I am so glad I did. The team did an AMAZING job. The went above and beyond simply cleaning. They cleaned and tidied and dusted and straightened up. And fast too. The apartment smells amazing and even better the cleaning didn't stir up my allergies (the main reason for hiring a cleaning company vs doing it myself, in the first place.) And because of the original mix up, they even gave me a discount on this cleaning. That's good customer service. I will definitely be using them again for a regular cleaning appointment.
