- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm as detailed as one can get. I have flat rates and different packages for different clients. I'm priced within my credentials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Eye contact. A smile. A warm greeting. A hand shake. Listening and paying attention to every detail and following through of their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No school or training can give you the knowledge of a hands on education. If you make tour client a priority, they will teach you everything and anything you need to know! No book or tutorial will teach you that.
