My miracle worker! Gene is a sweetheart, a thorough professional, very patient, knowledgeable, discreet, and a gentleman (rare these days). The entire team met my expectations and went beyond! My husband and I were at our wits end. Not sure what is worse the bed bugs or all the info on the Internet. We just wrapped up and the apartment is sterile, smells great , and I think that them wearing boot covers and sweeping up after themselves was the cherry on top to what was simply a marvel to see as they worked. Very good vibe and the love and care is seen in every step of the way. No more bed bugs, no more anything! This nightmare is over. Thank you boys!!

I cannot begin to express my appreciation for Luis and Bugged Out. Something has been biting me but there was no visible insect. Luis respectfully looked at every possible option, refusing to give up. When every option was fully explored and I was on the verge of giving up - Luis refused. He pulled the rug out from under my bed and went over it meticulously and found a couple of carpet beetles - which when you are allergic, 'bite' like bed bugs. It's actually an allergic reaction and not a bite at all! He showed me how to deal with it, put sticky tape around my bed in case anything else arose and sprayed a preventative treatment that makes me feel like my issues are on there was to being over. It was the lowest quote I received and the service was good. The owner communicated well and kept me in the loop of what he was doing the whole step of the way. He also came back for a follow-up service a few weeks later and I have not seen signs of any bed-bugs since. Overall I am very satisfied with J and Sons exterminating!

Warfare delivers. At least so far, as I had bed bugs and they did two treatments. Scheduling is difficult as they are a small company but because of that, they listen to the customer. Their advice on pre-treatment was stellar. The 2nd treatment by Marcus was far more thorough than the first, tho in fairness there was a time constraint on the first. And for the 2nd treatment, I had prepped my apt better. However, no matter what the technician says, the spray does get on anything not covered. Be prepared to clean or cover up EVERYTHING. Robyn in the office is a peach and Marcus, who did the 2nd treatment explained every step of the way, his techniques and what he was doing. Both technicians were courteous and helpful. Be prepared to have your life disrupted for 2 weeks, living out of sealed plastic bags....its an ordeal, no matter what to do a proper extermination. Would I recommend Warfare? Yes. Would I hire someone prior to the treatment to prep my apartment. Yes to that as well. They are honest and reliable and arrive on the dot when they say they will arrive.

My husband and I had a terrible experience with a different company and immediately called James to have our home rechecked for bed bugs. Could not have imagined a better professional or a better man. Kind, courteous and the model professional. My girlfriend and I were at our wits end with bed bugs. I came across Tom Surace on thumbtack and could not have been happier. Tom arrived when he said he would, he carried out a thorough examination of the room and before he went ahead with treating the area he made sure to let us know the price of the treatment and if we were ok with him to go ahead with it. In my experience most people will just go ahead without asking and then tell you how much you owe them. Have not had a single problem since Tom carried out the treatment, which was done with wll natural products with no odor and no leave behind stains. Very very reasonable rates too. I cannot give Tom enough credit. Hire him!
