Chef Dave just catered my wedding last Sunday 3.26.17 in NYC. First and foremost- Chef Dave is a super nice guy and very accommodating. I originally thought we would only have 40 guest, but we were wrong and ended up with 70 guest. Chef was totally flexible and adjusted the menu accordingly. He was very responsive and coordinated with my event planner seamlessly. The food was amazing! We also had so much food! Our guest had second and thirds... they loved it too. The meatballs were out of this world, the chocolate flourless torte was a crowd pleaser especially for my GF friends! Chef Dave was so easy to work with and gave me so much peace of mind! I am so grateful that I was able to connect with him via Thumbtack.

Absolutely beyond 5 star experience. Chef Dave prepared the most incredible food. I am still blown away by what he was able to create for my wedding. The entire night the most common question was "who did you get to cater this?!" Truly top notch food...it was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for your help Chef!

Chef David provided our family with a memorable Thanksgiving meal that was carefully crafted and perfectly executed. 20 guests, a mix of adults and children, enjoyed classic dishes like turkey and mashed potatoes as well as unique tastes like crab crake. Enough gushing from me... here are the 3 most important things I want future clients to know: 1) Chef David is a supreme professional - Super responsive up to the minute of delivery (and even after the meal), provided high quality product and was a general pleasure to work with. 2) Delicious down to the smallest detail - Not only were the apps, entrees and sides packed with deep flavor but the cranberry sauce and salad dressing received several compliments too. The crab cake was a standout but the entire meal was excellent. 3) Wash, Rinse, Repeat - We viewed catering Thanksgiving as a high stakes gamble. Chef David outperformed on all aspects and we plan to use his expertise again in the future.

Outstanding hands on demonstration and lesson for my 11 year old daughters and friends. Not only did they learn to cook the meal they enjoyed, they learned proper knife skills, cutting a chicken, importance of fresh ingredients vs. store bought, sauce prep and reduction technique, homemade salad dressing, and presentation of the meal. We all enjoyed Chef's simple educational approach as well as his lively sense of humor and calm command in the kitchen! Absolutely look forward to cooking with him again as well as using his catering expertise for at home celebrations.
