- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Personal Training through ACE (American Council on Exercise) and Hofstra University. I also have an advance certification in corrective exercise from NASM. Certified in Mat Power Pilates. CPR certified Every 2 years, I am I take 16 hours of continuing education classes. I read various fitness journals and attend seminars yearly.
