I had a tenant for 5 years who left me a terrible mess for me to clean up when they left. The cleaning crew was super responsive, easy to schedule, accomodated every request I had, and really meant it when they said "Top to Bottom" service. They even surprised us by touching up spots in the wall that were damaged! Now I feel so much better about my moving my mom into a cleaner and much better-looking space. Thanks again!

I hired JD Cleaning Services to clean my parent's house. My parents are pretty tidy people and they don't have a regular maid service that comes but I knew that they needed a deep clean after almost two decades in the same house. They gave me a quote and told me they would spend whatever time necessary to get the job done right. They spent almost 9 hours attending to every small detail in my parent's home and making sure twenty years of dust that had settled in hard to reach places was removed. He was very professional and thorough and my parents were very happy with the results. I would highly recommend JD Cleaning Services... They do an amazing job!

Daniel and Blanca did an excellent job deep cleaning the second floor of my parents home! They came on time and were really great with communication. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for a new client would be to gather as much information to customize the job accordingly. We like to do a phone interview for scheduling and provide exact ETA via text. We provide constant communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Registered Building Service Manager certification from BSCA. Floor care training building management construction clean up projects and very detail oriented and assurance with quality control.
