Judy understands my needs and has been carefully selecting a good routine that I can handle that will bring forth the results I need. Her background, training and certification show me she strives to improve herself and she is genuinely interested in helping others improve in fitness. I take Pilates and yoga with Dina. It is the 1 hour that is all my own. My body has become leaner and more toned and I have become more relaxed and centered. I wouldn't work with anyone else. Dina is excellent In her instruction and FUN to work with.

Emily's pilates classes are both challenging and fun. She gives instruction and encouragement in a way that motivates me to work harder, while still maintaining my form. Emily is attentive and quick to point out any issues with form, which helps me get a better workout and prevents injury. She knows just how to push her students to the next level- I'm always surprised to find I can do just a little bit more than I believe I can, and because of Emily, I'm able to work my body even harder than before. On top of all of that, Emily is super sweet and very fun, making her pilates class seem more like a good time versus a boring workout.

I have been taking exercise classes with Robin for the past 3-4 years. She is a great teacher who is able to work with people with all kinds of fitness abilities. I really enjoy her classes and feel that I get a challenging workout in them. She is a trained dancer with expertise in yoga and Pilates. In addition to being an excellent instructor, Robin is friendly, patient, and helpful. She is very encouraging and creates an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.

Christine is extremely knowledgeable and personable creating sessions that leave you feeling strong and accomplished. She knows how to encourage and safely push you to do more than you think you area capable of. I have injuries that make some things difficult and she always offers modifications and alternate exercises. Her ability to hone in on what needs to be strengthened for overall ease of movement and health is unmatched by any other Pilates instructors I have worked with. Shirley Wallitsch of Raritan Valley Gyrotonic is an enthusiastic and energetic teacher, dedicated to her students and her craft. Her love of the method is infectious, making group classes and private sessions fun and enjoyable. Group class schedule is always evolving to meet the needs of the students, and Shirley is very flexible in accommodating evening private sessions for those who work. The studio is beautifully appointed with original artwork and very well maintained – and always filled with energy! I have been a student of Shirley’s for almost two years. Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis have brought relief from chronic neck and shoulder pain and enhanced my strength, flexibility and balance. It is a unique exercise method beneficial to all age groups and all skill levels. Shirley is a gifted teacher, happy to share her expertise and interested in the well-being of her students. Lenny and Dario at Personal Best are...well...the best!!! I cannot say enough good things about them. Within the first year of training there I was down 80 pounds!!! I am coming to the end of year number two with an additional 30 pounds lost for a total of 110 pounds that went bye-bye. That's the obvious benefit of my time at PB Fitness. Their facility is always clean and has the latest equipment. They are always furthering their own education researching the latest in diet and exercise and bringing that education to their clients. I've become so interested in diet and fitness because of the gym that I've started down the road of becoming a trainer myself. Another thing I love is their attention to me as an individual. They do not have cookie cutter big box gym diet and exercise programs that they just hand out to everyone. They take the time to understand what I specifically needed. Took into account past injuries, what I enjoy doing, what my specific goals are, and things like family history, allergies, and food sensitivities on the diet side. Checking in with me multiple times a week via text and phone keeps me motivated and gives me a feeling like I am part of their family. Give them a try...your body will thank you!!!

    My abs have never looked better thanks to Gold Post Pilates. I am so much stronger in my core and my balance is really good too. I love training at the studio so much! The spaciousness and decor in it make it have a spa like atmosphere. The equipment is top notch too! Marilyn and Tattiana are wonderful!
