She was so kind, responsive, and creative. Esther is a solution seeker and when everything hit the fan in 2020 she helped us regroup, stay focused, and ultimately helped us create our dream wedding in 2021. Esther was such a lifesaver. I honestly don't know if we would have successfully done it without her. She communicated with our vendors, customized and set up the decorations and florals, catered, planned, and conducted our wedding. People say that you forget to eat during your wedding and that you can feel overwhelmed and stressed throughout your event. And although the shut downs and pandemic definitely didn't help with the stress, Esther did everything possible to make sure that we were fed, that we enjoyed ourselves, and that we felt prepared. When the day finally arrived I felt at peace, excited out of my mind, and I had the greatest day of my life so far (and I ate all of her team's delicious delicious meal that they catered). Thank you thank you thank you to everyone on Esther's team and thank you Esther for everything you did to make our dream wedding come to life. I am truly BEYOND IMPRESSED with the quality, diligence, and service Emma provided to make this part of my sister's engagement so special.I originally sent Emma different inspiration pictures because I had trouble verbalizing the images and colors I had in my head. She was incredibly patient with me throughout the process, and what I appreciated most was her communication. While I struggled to express what I wanted, Emma offered thoughtful options for flower colors, sent picture updates while constructing the arch, and remained patient even when I requested layout changes.The night before the event, I told Emma the custom sign I ordered wouldn't be coming in on time and asked if simple party city sign would look okay. Instead, she asked me what I wanted the sign to say, and within an hour, she sent me a draft and told me, "I'm going to make this for you." It turned out even better than I had envisioned.I met Emma in person on the day of the event, and not only was she so kind and accommodating, but she was also incredibly professional and efficient.
