I normally decorate and plan all of my events but due to travel I was unable to decorate for my brothers graduation party. Naturally I was a bit nervous handing over the control but Shakira made the process extremely easy. I handed her my ideas and she created a masterpiece. She paid so much attention to detail and was able to stay under budget which was truly impressive. All of the guest loved the designs and centerpieces she created. She was incredibly patient with me throughout the process, and what I appreciated most was her communication. While I struggled to express what I wanted, Emma offered thoughtful options for flower colors, sent picture updates while constructing the arch, and remained patient even when I requested layout changes.The night before the event, I told Emma the custom sign I ordered wouldn't be coming in on time and asked if simple party city sign would look okay. Instead, she asked me what I wanted the sign to say, and within an hour, she sent me a draft and told me, "I'm going to make this for you."
