I’m so appreciative of James’ help. I had a number of floor joists with severe rot. He helped me install 7 new joists. He was 100% engaged in the task, idea exchange, maintaining pace/progress, focused on quality. I considered doing this job alone. So glad I had his help. I would have accomplished little or nothing on my own. With his help, all 7 joists were replaced in 5 hours. He stayed and helped with spreading moisture block / ground cover, and general clean up. I hired James to frame out a new bathroom and laundry area in my basement. I must say he was extremely knowledgeable and was able to take the vision I had in my head and turn it into reality! He was on time and completed the job within the time he had committed too. I must say the end result surpassed my expectations and everything came out completely square and level. I would definitely recommend him to others and will be using him again!

Once we had decided on what we wanted to do, and what materials to use, he worked with his team and did a great job executing the build/renovation We couldn't be happier with the end result.
