- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is according to the dog's size, type of coat and whether the dog is matted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I answer the customer's questions and concerns before the appointment is scheduled. I schedule the appointment and confirm the day before the dog is schedule to arrive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a 30 year graduate of the New York School of Dog Grooming where Sam Kohl was the Superintendent.
