Not that happy. I was promised to be fast and cheap but was a bit of a bait and switch. Although the contractor is a nice guy did not deal with garbage as promised left marks on walls and damaged cabinets and countertop with imperfections. They didn’t call me when they decided to make my cabinets lopsided and left out an undercabinet lighting. They also did not respond when I complained the sink fixtures were left too strong so that when you turn the sink on water splashes everywhere. I’m left with material with some things unfinished and unsure what is garbage and what is left to use. I wish I paid a little extra and just went with Ikea to install.

One Happy customer of Zach. I hired Zach to do my basement work from scratch. He had to do framing floor leveling sheetrock bathroom stairs windows almost everything. Right from the beginning he was very responsive and anytime he has doubt he asked and mixed our ideas to get the perfect outcome. His tile work is awesome and all my friends commented how well he done tiles, paint and other works he done at my house. I never seen somebody using solid wood doors inside when they spend money for material. Went little over 2 weeks to finish due to the material shortage while he was working at my house. First step would be to do a phone consultation to see which step of the process is the customer on. Do a visit if it it when the customer is ready. Go over all the details with customer that includes materials, labor, budged, project duration etc. Draw up the contract, schedule the start of the project. Last step is to an deliver amazing project on time.
