- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is monthly/subscription for Remote Personal Training. Pricing is done per session for in person personal training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free intro call to discuss your goals, training history, schedule, and any limitations. This helps me understand exactly what you’re looking for and ensures we’re a good fit. From there, I create a personalized training plan based on your goals—whether that’s losing belly fat, getting toned, or building strength. Once we get started, I provide ongoing guidance, accountability, and support to keep you consistent and progressing. I focus on making the process simple, realistic, and sustainable so you can see results without feeling overwhelmed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent the past 10 years working as an NCAA-certified personal trainer, helping people get stronger, leaner, and more confident.
