I was referred to Home Springs Realty by a friend which use them to manage a property in Queens. I was searching for an investment property in Brooklyn, home Springs assisted me with locating my 3 unit building on Remsen Avenue in Brooklyn.
Home Springs also has attorneys in their office on Sumpter Boulevard in Queens which handled the closing of my property which went very smooth. I then hired home Springs to manage my new property which they handle all aspects of managing my property for less than $300 a month. They also found me tenants and handles all maintenance of the property this company's beautiful, not sure where I would be without them.

Great management company, who has helped me with the eviction of one of my tenants. After the eviction of the tenants This company has renovated the apartment which allowed me to welcome my new tenants in no time.
