What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I pride myself on being as clear and concise in my home reporting and to help manage my client’s expectations of the home inspection process. Explaining the breadth and limitations of a home inspection will help you have realistic expectations of what to expect from a home inspection report, and what lies outside the scope of the reporting process. I am always pleased to have you follow me around and answer any questions you may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my New York State home inspector education from Certified Adult Training Services (C.A.T.S). I am a New York State licensed home inspector and a member of the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors is the world's largest and most highly respected non-profit inspection association. I adhere to the New York State Home Inspector Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
